Meaningful Technology UAB ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Flexhour mobile application ("App").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use our App and Services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

We collect the following categories of personal data:
Account Information:
Full name, email address, encrypted password, profile photo (optional), and authentication provider details (Google, Apple, or email).
Profile Information:
Bio, skills, service descriptions, availability status, hourly rates, and bank account details (for withdrawal purposes).
Location Data:
With your consent, we collect your device location to show nearby tasks and calculate distances. For in-person tasks, we store the task address provided by the Task Poster. Location data is processed only when you grant permission and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.
Task and Transaction Data:
Task descriptions, categories, budgets, bids, payment amounts, transaction history, earnings, and withdrawal records.
Communication Data:
Messages exchanged between users through the in-app chat feature and support conversations with our team.
Device and Technical Data:
Device type, operating system, app version, push notification tokens, IP address, and usage analytics.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain the App and its features, including account management, task posting, bidding, hiring, payments, chat, and notifications.

Other Users:
Your name, profile photo, ratings, reviews, and service information are visible to other users as necessary for the platform to function. Task Posters see Tasker profiles and bids. Hired Taskers see the full task address for navigation purposes.
Payment Processors:
We share necessary payment information with our payment provider (currently Revolut) to process transactions securely. Payment processors operate under their own privacy policies.
Cloud Service Providers:
We use cloud infrastructure and storage services to host the App and store data securely.
Legal Authorities:
We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 10 years to comply with legal obligations (such as financial record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

Changes will be posted in the App, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
